When Abbott Pharmaceuticals needed a way to promote their Ambulatory Glucose Profile, they reached out to us. We proposed a series of videos that would explain the methods Abbott had developed to fight one of the world’s most common chronic medical afflictions, while at the same time honoring the physicians they had worked with to accomplish the feat. To bring a human touch to these videos, we reached out to Dr. Roger Mazze—the inventor of the Ambulatory Glucose Profile—to act as our host and guide to the treatment plans he pioneered.
In addition to Dr. Mazze, we enlisted clinicians on the front line of patient care to explain on camera how the Ambulatory Glucose Profile works. Then we added animated graphs, charts and audio to support the narrative and enliven the visuals. In the end, we gave an exciting medical breakthrough its due.
